How I work

Three operating principles.

  • Frame, then draft.

    Intentional authoring creates intentional outcomes. The reverse produces work that sounds polished but can't survive a follow-up question.

  • Root in data.

    In its absence, fail fast on small, bet on big. Always steal from giants.

  • Ship outcomes, not optics.

    Every moment should be focused on the human need, not productivity theatre.
